What the "Formora Verified" badge means

What we check

The "steps" model: five steps of 12 mm each, from 10 to 2 mm high, 60 mm long and 20 mm wide. The tolerance of each measurement is ±0.3 mm.

• Length: 60 mm
• Width: 20 mm
• Height of step 1: 10 mm
• Height of step 3: 6 mm
• Height of step 5: 2 mm
• The request code on the print or in the parcel matches
• Even layers, no shifts or delamination
• Flat bottom face, no "elephant's foot"
• No stringing, blobs or gaps
• Sharp corners and edges, even steps

What the badge doesn't guarantee

• The badge confirms the accuracy and quality of one test print, not of every future order.
• We don't check every filament and every printer of the maker: the application shows which filament the test was printed with.
• We show the rating and number of orders separately, and only from real orders through Formora. The refund or reprint guarantee applies to all orders, with or without the badge.

When the badge is removed

Formora may revoke the badge if the quality of orders is noticeably worse than the test print: repeated disputes over defects, size or material, or violations of the maker rules. The maker sees the reason in their dashboard and can reapply after 7 days.
