How it works

From choosing to the parcel

You pay once and see the order status at every step. The printer gets the money after you receive the item.

For buyers

Choose an item and options
Color, size, material, lettering. Our server calculates the price from the printer's rules and locks it into the order.
Pay
We place a hold on your card for the amount. Delivery is the only extra you pay.
The printer confirms
The printer has 24 hours to accept the order. If they don't respond, Formora passes the order to another printer selling the same item. After 3 declines we release the hold on your card.
Printing
The item page shows the production time, up to 7 days from confirmation.
Shipping
The printer ships with Nova Poshta and adds the tracking number. At that point we charge your card.
Delivery
Pick up the parcel and confirm receipt in the order. If you neither confirm nor open a dispute, the order closes 7 days after delivery.

Open a dispute in the order and add photos of the item. Formora reviews it within 48 hours and holds the printer's payout until then.

Fill in the application
Your city, filament cost and electricity rate. Accept the printer rules.
Add items
Photos, options and prices for each variant. The calculator works out your cost and shows what you take home.
Fulfil orders
Accept an order within 24 hours, print it and ship it with a tracking number.
Get paid
The payout comes after the buyer receives the parcel. Formora keeps 1% of it, and charges nothing for the first 3 months after your first sale.
