Maker badges

Badges are calculated automatically from the history of orders paid through Formora. They can't be set manually, bought, or earned through reviews outside the platform. While there are too few orders for an honest figure, the badge isn't shown at all. Formora Studio, our own storefront, doesn't receive badges.

Responds fast

We measure the time from order payment until the maker accepts or declines it, over the last 90 days. The badge appears when there are at least 5 such orders, the median response time is no longer than 3 hours, and no more than 10% of orders go unanswered within 24 hours (we pass those on to another maker).

100+ orders

The maker has completed at least 100 orders through Formora: the buyer confirmed receipt, or it was confirmed automatically after delivery. Canceled and returned orders don't count. The badge then grows in hundreds: 200+, 300+ and so on.

On-time shipping rate

An order is shipped on time if the maker handed it to Nova Poshta no later than the acceptance day plus the production time they promised in the listing or offer. We count the last 180 days and show the rate after 10 shipped orders, even if the percentage is low: it's an honest figure for the buyer. From 95% it is highlighted in green.

Formora Verified

The only badge that depends not on orders but on a test print that we measured and inspected. More about verification →

What badges don't guarantee

Badges describe the past and don't promise the future: figures are updated hourly and may disappear. The refund or reprint guarantee applies to all orders, with or without badges.
